“From time to time, to remind ourselves to relax and be peaceful, we may wish to set aside some time for a retreat, a day of mindfulness, when we can walk slowly, smile, drink tea with a friend, enjoy being together as if we are the happiest people on Earth.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh
There is something nourishing and empowering about taking the time and space to practice self-care in a calming environment, away from the routines and stresses of our daily lives.
The combination of yoga, meditation, nature, wholesome food, quiet reflection, and restful sleep always brings me back to myself. It is in the spirit of sharing my most valued insights from a decade of researching yoga retreats around the world that I am now offering my very own series of retreats in unique locations carefully chosen to achieve maximum relaxation. It is my hope that you will benefit from the undeniable healing that retreating brings.
Over the years I have found yoga retreats to be a great way to disconnect and replenish.

Rushmere Farm Retreat / May 30th – June 2nd, 2024
After a magical first retreat at Rushmere Farm, we are planning the next one in June 2025. Here is what some of our recent retreat guests had to say about this retreat:
“I really needed a break lately, and Landa’s retreat was timed at the perfect moment. As they say, ‘almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a little while, including you’, and it turned out Landa’s yoga retreat at Rushmere farm was the perfect reset for me. Everything was great, from the early morning walking silent meditations in the open field, to the excellent yoga practice, the high quality and extremely healthy food to the beautiful countryside surroundings. In the end what made the retreat really special was the people, both the persons involved in organising and the very friendly guests attending the retreat”.
Gio
“This was more than a yoga retreat, it was a time to rest and reconnect. This was my first yoga retreat and it was better than I expected. I left feeling like I had made new friends, done lots of restorative yoga and meditation, eaten delicious, nourishing food, while having plenty of down time to rest or explore the beautiful village of Hambledon. I enjoyed getting creative with collaging and having a laugh with everyone. I loved my little yurt in the woods. The farm is beautiful and George is inspiring with his organic farming methods. A truly wonderful experience, thank you Landa!”
Megan
“Landa's retreat is one of the best I've experienced for making you slow down, reflect and recharge. Heartily recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to go on another. The hospitality and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. The incredible food was an added bonus.”
Max
“Just being in the countryside, with open sky, grass and flowers under foot, eases you open for breathing, being and finding the space for stillness.”
